At the Ohio State Fair, I was part of the summer marketing and public relations team. I produced video work for their social media channels, including a project contributing to a collaborative effort with the Ohio History Connection. This project was posted to the Ohio State Fair's Instagram and Facebook, reaching over 6,000 people. The internship promotional video has yet to be released but will be posted to the Ohio State Fair's YouTube page and their social media. These two works showcase my ability to work well with different themes, tones and goals, demonstrating my versatility. Through this experience, I honed my skills in visual storytelling, strategic communication and audience engagement, ensuring that each piece resonated with its intended viewers effectively.
My participation in Lincoln Live at Gahanna Lincoln High School meant that I created monthly packages on my choice of topic. This demonstrates my ability to build a project from the ground up and take risks on topics that may be controversial or harder to cover. Additionally, we produced daily 9-minute live shows, which showed my ability to work under pressure, particularly as an anchor and reporter.
